Good art vs. Bad art

The good art, in my opinion is like when you draw or white somthing that is beatufull for other people.There are pictures that reflect a good art for many people. For example "La Mona Lisa by Leonardo Da Vinci"...this is a good picture that represent a good art for me because represents the beauty of women. for example this is a good way to look a good art:
